Susan Mansolillo, CFO, has extensive experience in finance and fund accounting and comes to GSSNE from the Audubon Society of Rhode Island, where she worked for 24 years. Soon after graduating from Providence College with a BS in Accounting, Susan became head bookkeeper at Audubon, was promoted to Finance and IT Manager, and was Senior Director of Finance & Administration for last 7 years. Susan was a Girl Scout, as was her daughter, and has a strong belief in our mission. Susan is a school committee member in Johnston and has served on several volunteer boards.

Ernest J. Little, Senior Director, Property & Facilities, went to Paul Smith College in New York and served in the United States Naval Reserve as a CT.

Before he joined Girl Scouts of Southeastern New England in 2007, Ernie held a variety of positions in several industries. He was the deputy director of aviation at the Burlington International Airport and, later, the director of aviation at Groton-New London Airport. In 1984, Ernie returned to his culinary aspirations and briefly became a part owner in a restaurant, in Mystic, CT and, with a friend, opened restaurants in Narragansett and New York City.  

Ernie was the food and beverage manager at Boulder Hills Golf and Country Club in Rhode Island and clubhouse manager and director of food and beverage for six courses located along the East Coast. He later became the general manager/COO at Hudson National Golf Club in Croton-on-Hudson, New York, one of the top ten courses in the United States.

Jill Olson-Crowley, Senior Director, Volunteer Management, joined GSSNE in February 2013.  A graduate of the University of Rhode Island, Jill is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of girls and young women by building courage, confidence and character. She is focused on creating a comprehensive volunteer management system that supports and retains outstanding volunteers.  Jill’s background is in volunteer management in both healthcare administration and educational nonprofits.

Jill is passionate about her family, her work, conferences and special events, interpersonal relationships and communication, gardening, flower arranging and living life to the fullest.

 

Laurie Pansa, Senior Director, Program & Membership, has been a Girl Scout since she was eight years old. She spent more than 15 years as a camper and staffer at Camp Hoffman and, as a girl, Laurie also attended Camp Cookie, Camp Nokewa and Camp Promising Acres.  Her extensive non-profit management experience includes work with the Boys & Girls Clubs and the YMCA. She’s been with GSSNE more than 10 years. Laurie’s demonstrated success in project management and volunteer support has led to the recognition of the annual Senior Leadership Conference as a "must-do" for girls from all over the Northeast. She works closely with the Higher Awards and Adult Recognitions committees to ensure that there is appropriate recognition and appreciation for outstanding work. Laurie’s focus is on providing safe and innovative opportunities for girls and adults within the Girl Scout program. Laurie received her B.A. from College of the Atlantic. She is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island.
